You can order one of two ways. Online or via
- First, go to the collection showroom
page of your choice. My current collections are Sierra
Mountain, Native Flora and Latest
- Once at the showroom of your choice, click on the image of the
piece of pottery that you would like to order. Be sure to explore
through the various glaze choices in the Sierra Mountain collection
and the various plant decorations in the Native Flora section
so you know which style you prefer when you order.
- Go to the "To Order" box and select the appropriate
color and/or design of your choice.
- Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the piece to
- You will be taken to view the shopping cart. If everything looks
okay, then click on the "Continue Shopping" button if
you would like to add more pieces to your order.
- You can type in different quantity amounts for each piece by
typing in the quantity box next to each product name and then
clicking the "Recalculate" button to update the price
and shipping amount.
- If you would like to remove an item from the shopping cart,
input a zero "0" in the quantity box, then click "Recalculate".
The item should disappear from the shopping cart list. You can
then click on the "Continue Shopping" button to continue
to browse the showrooms.
- When you are ready to finish your shopping, click the "Go
to Payments" button from the shopping cart. If you are not
at the shopping cart, click on the "Go to Shopping Cart"
button on the left hand side of all the product detail pages.
- At the checkout page, you will be asked for your state to calculate
sales tax and then your name, address, phone number and email.
All of your personal information will be kept strictly confidential
and will not be used for any other purpose than to complete your
- The final checkout page will ask for you payment type. I am
only accepting credit cards at the time.
- If you have any problems with the checkout process, please send
me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
with your order information. Do not send any payment information
via email because it is not secure. I will contact you via phone
to complete the order, so be sure to include your phone number.
- If you are not comfortable with completing my online order form,
then you can send me an email at email@example.com
with your order information.
- You MUST include the following:
- Product title of each piece
- Size(if applicable)
- Glaze choice (if applicable)
- Decoration choice (if applicable)
- Full name
- Shipping Address
- Phone number
- Payment choice (I accept personal checks and credit cards
with email orders.)
- NOTE: Do not send any specific payment information via email because
it is not secure. I will be contacting you via phone to verify
the order, so be sure to include your phone number.
